I want to take a minute today to inform you a bit more about what you can meet on the net right now. Lately I’ve been hit quite a few times by something called “ErrorSafe” which tries to make things look like you’re in great danger on the net. It normally pops when you’re surfing more general humor sites like Daves Daily and similar sites (but not limited to humor sites only).
Many people are being hit by fake emails from Microsoft these days. You should not follow what the email tells you to do, which is to download an update from Microsoft. The email makes it look like you are downloading from Microsoft but you are not. Instead you are downloading a keylogger from somewhere else. For those of you who don’t know keyloggers I can assure you that it’s not something you want on your PC. A keylogger simply logs everything you write and then send it to the guy who made it. That means that you’ll be giving him your credit card number, password, ect. if you download the keylogger.
If you ever want to update your windows system you should always go to Microsoft’s own site. Personally I never trust emails sent to me with requests about updating this and that. One thing you should always do is to simply read their homepage. You can pretty much count on the fact that if it’s important enough to email then it’s also important enough to put on their homepage. See some of my useful links below.

My page with lots of security advice
A brand new report by Webroot Software says the amount of adware and spyware has gone through the roof.
Webrrot says that the first quarter of 2006 saw a 15 percentage point jump in the share of consumer PCs infected with spyware: from 72 percent in Q4 2005 to 87 percent in Q1 2006. The average instances of spyware on infected machines increased 18 percent over the previous quarter to an average of 29.5 instances of spyware per infected PC, up from 24.9 instances in Q4 2005. Webroot also witnessed a significant rise in Trojan horse infection rates with an increase to 29 percent, up from 24 percent during the fourth quarter of 2005. The overall incidence of the most prevalent Trojan horse, Trojan–Downloader–Zlob, doubled during the first quarter.
You would be surprised if you knew how many people don’t protect their computer when they’re surfing the internet. I can’t stress this enough; you have to protect yourself on the internet. It only takes one single website with malicious software to screw up a lot for you. I recently spend 3 whole days trying to clean up a notebook with extremely important files and business info on it, without any luck. So you can probaly understand why I try to protect my computers as much as I possible can and that includes Windows Defender.
Windows Defender is a product from Microsoft and it mainly helps you protect yourself against spyware, pop ups and threats caused by spyware and other unwanted software. The reason why I decided to mention it right now is because it’s free and if you don’t want to pay for protection you have other options, like Windows Defender.
When all that is said and done I have to admit that I’m still a huge fan of the older programs like Norton AntiVirus, McAfee and Kaspersky. They are dedicated antivirus programs that has been around for a long time and they are working hard on fighting all kind of things that can hit your computer.
As some of you might have seen in the media Microsoft has been working on the new Windows Vista (previously known as Longhorn) for quite some time. Windows XP (and Windows 98 for that matter) has been a bit of a nightmare to many surfers because of the many security flaws that has enabled hackers to install malicious software on our computers and gain access to personal info, change startup pages, pop windows while you surfer, ect.
Analyst Andrew Jaquith from Yankee Group expects Vista to significantly shrink the aftermarket for anti-spyware and desktop firewalls, simply because Microsoft has managed to come up with such a good piece of software that security won’t be much of an issue anymore. Yankee Group believes the number of critical security vulnerabilities that will hit users will be reduced by as much as 80 per cent and the impact of the remaining fraction significantly reduced. For us who has been fighting with Microsoft’s operation systems because of security flaws this almost sound too good to be true, and it almost is.
You see, Vista doesn’t come with all those fantastic features from birth. You have to pay for it. You first buy Vista and if you want the extra security you have to spend some extra cash on getting increased security. However, according to Analyst Andrew Jaquith, many users (like you and I) only need the normal security products from Microsoft, such as Windows Defender to avoid problems.
I’m not sure what I think about all this. The best thing would of course be to make bullet proof software. Microsoft is sitting on a huge market share and when you’re almost forced to buy their products to be able to run any kind of software I don’t fancy the fact that you first have to pay for the operation system and after that you have to pay for security to protect the operation system you just paid for.
All the answers you always wanted to know about everything but was afraid to ask

The following subjects are being discussed:
Surfing in General | Surfing Adult Sites | General Adult Questions | Email Related Questions | Questions About Movies
——————————————————————————–
Surfing in general:
Q. Sometimes the page (worldsex.com for e.g) doesn’t work or isn’t updated while it should be updated?
A. It is possible that you have an old version of the page in your computers memory or you are surfing via a proxy and the page isn’t refreshed there. You can solve this by going typing the address of the site in your address bar hit the enter key or by going to a link like www.worldsex.com. If you have arrived on the page, then while you hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard click on the RELOAD button in your browser. The page you’re getting now should be the latest version of the site.
Q. How do I close a window fast?
A. Hold the ALT key while you press the F4 key.
——————————————————————————–
Surfing Adult Sites:
Q. Why are there banners on adult sites?
A. Maintaining a high traffic site like worldsex.com costs a lot of money and time. First there is a high bandwith bill to transfer the site to the computers of the 2+ million visitors daily and second there are 4 people working on the site everyday to provide you with a selection of the highest quality of galleries from the 100’s galleries we receive everyday. Also we check the listed galleries 24/7 to remove galleries which don’t work or who have broken our rules. By placing banners on our site we have found a way to cover the costs of mainting the site. Besides that, galleries can’t compete with the quality, quantitiy and service which paysites provide. They offer most of the times very interesting stuff like Live Shows and chats, 1000’s of movies and zillions of pics
. Try one and you will see.
Q. Is worldsex.com really free??
A. Yes, worldsex.com is compeletely free, so are the galleries. As long as you don’t enter your credit card details you aren’t paying for anything. But on worldsex.com itself you never have to pay. We can offer or site for free by offering you some banners as mentioned above.
Q. What is a popup?
A. A popup is a small window (or big, sometimes even full screen) which appears when you enter or leave a site. When you surf on Worldsex.com or visit on of the galleries, you shouldn’t encounter popups. If you do, please email me here
Q. Why do I get popups on certain galleries?
A. First, we don’t allow popups. But some webmasters change their galleries after we have listed them and although we’re constantly checking the galleries for cheaters or not working ones, we can’t always delete it before you visid it. I am working 7 days a week already, but I do need some sleep
). So if you encounter a gallery with a popup or doesn’t work then please send us an email here.
Q. Help, your sites url is in my address bar, now everybody can see what sites I have visited (including my wife, spouse, kids, boss, mother in law etc), how can I remove it??
A. You can delete your internet history by taking the following steps:
1. In your browser go to: EXTRA -> INTERNET OPTIONS -> GENERAL
2. Click on the DELETE HISTORY button or select another option first.
Q. Hey, what a great site/ gallery, how can I bookmark it so I can return to the site tomorrow?
A. Just click on the ADD TO FAVORITES button or hold the CTRL key while you enter the B key.
Q. Great site, I want my browser to start with this site every day!?
A. Okidoki, just take the following steps:
1. Go to EXTRA -> INTERNET OPTIONS -> GENERAL
2. Here you can enter the address from the site of your choice. For example, if you want to start up with Worldsex.com, then type in the form field: http://www.worldsex.com
Q. Help, suddenly I have another startup page, but I didn’t change it?
A. Some stupid webmasters have special scripts running where they can change your startup page without you knowing it. Ofcourse we would never do something like that. You can change it back by taking the steps written above

General Adult Questions
Q. How do I become a pornstar?
A. To be honest, I have no idea
but you could try to contact an Adult Video Company, I don’t have any addresses for you, but you could search for them on google.com or something
——————————————————————————–
Email Related Questions
Q. Hey, I am getting emails from info @ worldsex.com or advertising @ worldsex.com with some strange subjects or attachments?
A. First of all, we never send out emails unasked, I only reply to emails I receive.
But there are some email viruses at the moment which replicates itself after opening and sends out emails with email aliases from sites you have visited to the emails in your addresslist. Chances are, you’re infected with spyware or a trojan which causes this. Please visit our spyware page to see what you can do about that.

Questions About Movies
Q. Which software can you recommend for watching the movies on Worldsex.com?
A. Well, there are a couple like:
Adware is a software application that can show advertisements on your computer in the form of pop-ups, pop-unders, and banner ads. Usually they disrupt the user — giving an option to either continue on the web or click the pop up. Certain Adwares have the ability to track down the surfing habits of any user, without prior knowledge or consent, thus being a threat to your own security since it is being sent to unauthorized parties.
How does it work?
Adware applications technically run in the background of the computer and function as a spy watching all your moves. The information gathered will then be logged and used to create a user profile that is relayed to advertisers. The user profile may include unrelated personal information too and then sent to a data collection site. It is extracted on to narrow online search results to match the profile or, as a data mining tool, to evaluate the surfing habits.
Adware attacks usually start by attaching it to an installed program like a freeware, software that is available for free. Freeware installers inadvertently sign up for unlimited pop-up ads supply.
Common examples of freeware that may include Adware are computer games, unusual mouse pointers, instant news or weather updates, applications boasting to improve efficiency of your computer, and even the smileys being used on e-mails.
What can you do?
You can block unwanted ads by installing a reputable Adware scanning and removal tool. Make sure that you update it with the latest version because new versions of Adware are cropping up in as short as a week’s time.
Spyware is software that attacks the user’s internet connection at the background without the user’s knowledge. Spyware can do a lot of things that you wouldn’t generally want to happen, such as: capture all the information that you enter through the web; add unknown sites to your internet favorites or to your desktop (as icons); hijack your default settings and homepage, monitor your browsing activity, and; append unwanted and disrupting search bars and toolbars to your browser. Your privacy will be compromised because Spyware makes it possible for someone to sell any of your personal information that you entered on your PC, and with all of these occurring either in combinations, your hard drives become stuffed. Thus the PC slows down.
How does it attack the computer?
Spyware can enter your computer in different ways. It may be pop-ups or window ads, through an instant messenger service, attachment of spam through your e-mail, by sharing files, music and photos, or it can be installed by a hacker or someone who uses your computer. At times Spyware is bundled with a preferred program which is being unveiled in hidden text as a component of the end-user-license agreement (EULA).
Once the programs have entered your PC, they will find their way onto your system and install themselves in various potential dwellings like your registry, start up menu, folders and files.
Most Spyware programs ensure their survival by sprinkling traces of the program throughout your system to make full removal more difficult (and sometimes nearly impossible). Once installed, Spyware operates insidiously in the background.
The problem with Spyware has gone a long way. It can even invade your privacy like your bank account numbers, social security number and even passwords can’t get away with it.
What can you do?
There are some very good programs that can help you protect your computer from this threat. Install, run, and update them regularly to ensure your system’s protection.

What is a Trojan?
A Trojan is a type of program that enables a hacker to intrude and make changes to your computer. It is a threat in disguise. Like the Trojan Horse popular in the Greek history, it appears safe (in the form of software program and e-mail attachment). But once opened, the Trojan may install itself on your computer and gain access without your consent.
Generally, the initial objective of a Trojan is to browse your hard drive to determine anything of worth such as credit card information, passwords, confidential documents, email addresses, confidential designs or pictures, or even calendar information regarding the user’s whereabouts. Once found to be a potential source, the intruder then gets inside and manages your files totally. The intruder can do the following: rename, create, delete, view and even transfer files to or from your computer.
Trojans will enable the intruder to open and close your CD-ROM drive, spam and gain control to your keyboard and cursor. Trojans can also use a program manager that will allow the intruder to install, execute, open or close any software programs. Indeed, it is big threat to security.
How does it affect your computer?
The business starts first by the user installing the Trojan itself. This is done by deceiving the user with a seemingly useful system enhancement or perhaps a free game containing Trojans. By installing a free game, for example, Trojan will be automatically installed too. Trojans can also come in common disguises such as files from unknown sources, e-mail attachment from unknown sources, and files from any online activity client like ICQ. Once contaminated by Trojan, any distant user will inevitably have free access. The dirty work then starts.
Other types of Trojans are: Remote Access Trojans, Mail Trojans, FTP Trojans, Telnet Trojans, Keylogger Trojans, Fake Trojans, and Form Trojans.
Protect your Computer from Trojans
Trojans can also be distributed as email attachments, or bundled with other software programs. You should always be wary of opening attachments and downloading programs from the Internet unless you are sure it is from a secure and trusted source. If possible, confirm with the sender.
