Kazakhstan isn’t exactly happy about him. In fact they are taking things a bit too serious. Long story short, he claim to be from Kazakhstan but he’s not. He’s just a comedian (as I’m sure you know) having a bit of fun. Kazakhstan is pissed off because he’s saying all sorts of (funny) things. You should read about it yourself at his colourful homepage.
