And Will You Sir Marry This Cow?

I just know some of you are going to think I’m bullshitting you but I’m not. A russian farmer has asked President Vladimir Putin a very serious question.
Can I marry my favourite cow?
He continued by asking and explaining during a live webcast where the russians could ask questions; “All the girls have left our small village and moved to the city, so I can’t find a woman to be with. But I see the solution to the problem. I love animals very much and want to ask when we will be allowed in Russia to marry domestic animals, such as cows?”
President Vladimir Putin hasn’t replied yet which worries me a bit.
